Spec’d App – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Spec’d App, owned and operated by Rory David Monaghan, operating as RMonaghan Venture Studios.

Note: RMonaghan Venture Studios is currently a sole proprietorship. We are in the process of registering as an LLC in Pennsylvania. Upon completion of LLC registration, these Terms will be updated to reflect the new entity.

1. Service Description

Spec’d enables you to:

  • Create and manage a virtual car garage

  • Add vehicle details, notes, and photos

  • Set financial and savings goals

  • Access premium features via subscription

  • Use an AI Agent powered by OpenAI

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Subscriptions are billed via Apple’s App Store

  • Plans: Monthly ($4.99) or Annual ($49.99, regional pricing may vary)

  • Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal

  • Manage or cancel via Apple ID → Settings → Subscriptions

  • Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Must be at least 13 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, harm, or exploit others

  • Share or resell your account

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Data collected: email, user content, crash/performance diagnostics

  • AI Agent prompts are processed by OpenAI – see their Privacy Policy

  • No advertising or cross-app tracking is performed

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with:

  • Firebase (analytics, authentication, diagnostics)

  • RevenueCat (subscriptions)

  • Apple (transactions, authentication)

  • OpenAI (AI agent services)

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rory David Monaghan / RMonaghan Venture Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
