Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Spec’d App (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service
Spec’d App is a mobile application that allows users to:
• Create and manage virtual car garages
• Track vehicle specifications and collections
• Access premium features through subscription
• View automotive-related content and advertisements
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3.1 Permitted Uses
• Use the App for personal entertainment and information
• Create and manage your vehicle garage and collections
• Access premium features with an active subscription
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
User Accounts and Registration
4.1 Account Creation
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
4.2 Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year (billed annually)
5.2 Billing and Payment
• All subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
5.3 Family Sharing
• Subscriptions may be shared via Apple’s Family Sharing feature
• Availability depends on your Apple ID settings and Apple’s policies
5.4 Refunds and Cancellation
• Direct refund requests to Apple Support
• We do not process refunds directly
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until period end; no partial refunds
5.5 Price Changes
• Prices may change with advance notice
• Price changes do not affect the current subscription period
• Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
Premium Features and Content
6.1 Premium Access
• Requires an active subscription
• Includes advanced garage management, unlimited vehicle entries, and exclusive features
6.2 Content Accuracy
• Vehicle specifications are provided for entertainment purposes
• No guarantee of accuracy; verify important data independently
User-Generated Content
7.1 Your Content
• You retain ownership of content you create (garage collections, notes, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as needed to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
7.2 Content Guidelines
User content must not:
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Include personal information of others without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the App, you consent to that policy.

Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Rights
• The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by RMonaghan Studios

• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content
Advertising and Third-Party Services
10.1 Advertisements
• The App may display third-party ads
• We are not responsible for ad content or accuracy
• Interaction with ads is at your own risk
10.2 Third-Party Services
The App integrates with:
• Google Mobile Ads for advertising
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Firebase for authentication and analytics
• Apple services for App Store functionality
Each service is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.
App Store Terms
11.1 Apple App Store
• Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
11.2 Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Disclaimers and Warranties
12.1 “AS IS” Provision
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12.2 No Warranty
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that all information is accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RMONAGHAN STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless RMonaghan Studios against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of the rights of others
• Your user-generated content
Termination
15.1 By You
• Stop using and delete the App at any time
• Cancel subscriptions through Apple’s App Store
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access for:
• Violating these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Legal requirements
• At our discretion, with or without notice
15.3 Effect of Termination
• Your license ends immediately
• Delete the App from your devices
• Sections that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
• Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Pennsylvania
• You consent to that jurisdiction and waive any jury trial rights
16.3 Class Action Waiver
Dispute proceedings will be on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Modifications to Terms
17.1 Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:
• Posting updated Terms in the App with a new “Last updated” date
• Sending an email for material changes (if you have an account)
17.2 Acceptance
Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App.
Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one reflecting the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RMonaghan Studios regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
